What To Expect

Come prepared to participate! To learn effectively, we need to get involved. Annika’s workshops are highly interactive, whether delivered virtual or in person.

Leave prepared to implement! Your clients will walk away with a clear understanding of exactly how to implement the ideas we cover through a combination of tangible tools, techniques, reflective exercises, and personal accountability.

Enhanced Sense of Community. When groups come together to discuss mental skills, participants always develop closeness through the realization of shared experience and the opportunity to support each other through challenges. Many of us think we are the only ones who struggle with motivation, mindset, and habit change. Coming together as a group helps us realise that we are not alone.

Logistics: Workshops are typically 60 to 90 minutes long, and always include time for questions and discussion before wrapping up. The time is spent in a blend of presentation, interactive exercises, and discussion. Participants are encouraged to ask questions and interact with the material as we move through the content.
